What forms of payment do you accept?

Do you do customized fans?

We can design and customize the fans for you, only for bulk orders. For customized wholesale inquiries, or registered businesses, please contact richnrachet@gmail.com

 

How do I track my package?

Upon confirmation we will send you a tracking number and details of shipping company. You can track your orders with the tracking number.

 

How long will my shipment take?

Order processing typically takes 2-3 business days to go through, followed by a tracking number which will be sent to your email. Once you receive a shipment notification, you will receive a tracking number together with it. Your tracking number might be redirected to different email. Please take note to remove Rich n Rachet from your spam filter.

                For singapore delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.

                For international delivery typically takes up to 10 business days.

Do you do meet ups?

Yes, we do. Keep a lookout on our website for events meet ups, where our rachet boys will be there to deliver the fans directly to you. There will not be any shipping fees when you collect the product directly from one of our ratchet boys!

 

How do I do an exchange if my fan is faulty?

Exchanges are on a case to case basis. Please email (richnractchet@gmail.com) immediately if you find out that your fan is faulty within 3 business days upon receiving your fans.

 

What is the cost of shipping?

Costs are determined by the locality and availability of the delivery point in the cart & checkout pages.
